In-House Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapist will take a full history of the problem and conduct a thorough assessment of your movement.
You will then be given an individualised treatment plan which may include stretches, strengthening, or mobility exercises for you to perform at home.
We can also advise on mobility aids and equipment for your home to make day-to-day tasks more manageable and increase independence.
Our Services:
Musculoskeletal injuries – enhancing and restoring function and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities caused by injury to the muscles, bones, soft tissues and nervous system.
Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation – tailor made programme to get you into the best shape and condition before your operation and supporting in your recovery and rehabilitation after your operation so you can get back to doing the things you love.
Elderly care and falls prevention - maintaining your mobility and independence as you advance in years.
Currently, we are unfortunately unable to offer children’s physiotherapy, specialist neurological or respiratory physiotherapy, and specialist treatment techniques such as dry needling/acupuncture, shockwave therapy, muscle stimulation therapy, Tecar therapy/Ultrasound, taping, ice compression therapy.
Initial Assessment
Up to 45 minutes at £75. This comprehensive session allows us to understand your current health situation, establish your needs and then formulate a personalised plan.
Follow-up visits
Each visit is for up to 30 minutes and is priced at £60.
Home Visits with a Personal Touch
At My Specialist GP, we're dedicated to providing comprehensive community physiotherapy services tailored to your individual needs.
We are very pleased Ciara is bringing her Physiotherapy skills to our patients. Ciara is a friendly experienced physio who can assess your current requirements and make suggestions to improve your home environment such as equipment, strategies, and set targets.
She can formulate a specific plan with you with your own goals in mind. This can range from 'putting on the kettle' to being able to walk longer distances.
Ciara can also help you recover post-surgery to regain mobility and she can help you with any pre-existing physiotherapy plan.

Up to 90 minutes at £195. This comprehensive session allows us to understand your current health situation, establish your needs and then formulate a personalised plan.
Follow-up visits
Each visit is for up to an hour and is priced at £130.
